Letroy Guion (born June 21, 1987 in Starke, Florida) is an American football defensive tackle for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Vikings in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida State.

Guion attended Bradford High School in Starke, Florida and was a student, basketball, shot put and discus thrower as well as a standout football player. In football, he played on the varsity team for four years while starting three and led his teams to two State Seminifinal appearances in each of his last two seasons.
