Leonhard "Leo" Freisinger (February 7, 1916 – August 29, 1985) was an American speed skater who competed in the 1936 Winter Olympics.

He was born in Illinois and died in Orange.

In 1936 he won the bronze medal in the 500 metres competition. In the 1500 metres event he finished fourth.
