Lee Young-Ho
Korean name
Revised Romanization Lee Young-Ho

Lee Young-Ho is a professional StarCraft player from South Korea who plays under the alias By.Flash or simply Flash.[1]

The "Ultimate Weapon", Flash is KTF's current ace player, and is currently considered the strongest Terran player in all three matchups. He is currently ranked 6th in the KeSPA rankings as of October 2009. Flash is particularly known for his innovation of early upgraded Goliaths known as the "Flash build" for effective defense and attack against Protoss, which effectively eliminated the Terran weakness vs Carriers. He took fourth place in Daum OSL in 2007 and is the first winner of the GOM TV Star Invitational.[2] At age 15, he was the youngest progamer to win a title. A new Boxer/Yellow type of rivalry has developed between Flash and Jaedong as they faced each other three times in 3 quarter-finals of MSL Season 4, Bacchus OSL, and GomTV Star Invitational which all took place during February 2008. Jaedong beat Flash 3-1 in MSL Season 4 and won the tournament, however, Flash defeated Jaedong in both Bacchus OSL and GOM Star Invitational 2-1. Flash subsequently won both the GSI and Bacchus OSL Finals against Stork.[3] He is currently the best of many bright new stars of the KTF MagicNs progaming team as they begin to replace their aging group of starters such as Reach, Nal_rA (retired), Yell0w, Garimto (retired), Sync (now Flash's trainer), and Chojja (retired). In recent months however, his performance in the individual leagues have been overshadowed by Fantasy. He was knocked out of the Batoo OSL and the Lost Saga MSL rather early. He also failed to bring his team to the Proleague playoffs having finished just out of the Top 6. In the 2009 Summer Starcraft season, Flash showed a resurgence by winning the GomTV Averatec Intel Classic Season 3 going undefeated until the finals and beating Iris 3-1 in the finals. He has promised to win many more titles to "catch up" with his rivals JaeDong and Bisu and has also promised to bring his team to the proleague playoffs next season.
