Lee's first appearance was in the Korean sitcom "Nonstop". Appearances "Han River Ballad" (2004) and "Hello My Teacher" (2005) followed, as well as the Crown Prince's sister Hye-myung in the popular drama "Goong" (2006). In 2006, she won the KBS New Actress Award.

She was part of the Korean reality show "We Got Married", partnered with Super Junior member Kang-in.

Lee is attending Chung-Ang University, majoring in Theater and Film.
