She was formerly the singer and bassist with death metal pioneers Nuclear Death, but is currently performing with her side project, "Raped". Bravo was responsible for the artwork from all Nuclear Death releases after Phil Hampson (guitarist, main music composer and artwork artist of the band up to the second LP) left the band, and also worked on the artwork for other bands such as Terrorthrone's Demo/CD Sick Obsession to Pain. Lori Bravo has since released her first solo album, entitled I'd Marry The Devil and is working on artwork for New Zealand zine Vomitose, as well as artwork for a book of poetry by Dan King.
