[edit] Career In The UFC

Bradley had a rough start in the UFC as he was knocked out quickly in the first by UFC vet Chris Lytle.

Joe Lauzon defeated Kyle Bradley by TKO (Strikes) in Round 2 at Ultimate Fight Night 15.[1] In the first round Bradley connected with a punch and rocked Lauzon.[2] Lauzon managed to recover and continued to trade with Bradley in a close first round.[3] In the second round Lauzon scored a take down and transitioned quickly into mount before taking Bradley's back.[2] Lauzon landed several punches from this position until the referee stepped in to save Bradley.[4]

At UFC 98, Bradley defeated Ultimate Fighter 8 contestant, Phillipe Nover, by a controversial TKO stoppage at 1:03 of the first round. Bradley connected with a right hand before throwing Nover to the mat, following up with several heavy shots on the ground. As Nover was recovering and pulling guard, referee Yves Lavigne stepped in and stopped the fight.

Bradley is expected to face Rafael dos Anjos on January 11, 2010 at UFC Fight Night 20.[5]
