Kuraray Co., Ltd (株式会社クラレ, Kabushiki-gaisha Kurare^?) (TYO: 3405) is a Japanese manufacturer of chemicals, fibers and other materials based in Tokyo. Founded in Kurashiki-shi in 1926 to produce rayon, it is the world's leading producer of synthetic leather and the sole producer of Vectran.

In 2007 Kuraray had approximately 3.4 billion (USD) in revenue and approximately 10,000 employees.
