'Ksenia Afansyeva is a Russian artistic gymnast. She competed at the gymnastics at the 2008 Summer Olympics. The competitive Russian team missed medaling in Beijing by less than a point. Afansyeva also competed in the women's balance beam final in Beijing. She also scored highly on her qualifying floor exercise, but because two other members of her national team qualified ahead of her, she was unable to compete in the finals for that apparatus.
