Konstantinos Nempegleras (born 14 April 1975 in Larissa) is a dynamic central midfielder playing for Atromitos.

Having played in several teams as Larissa, Paniliakos, Iraklis and Aris Thessaloniki F.C., where he was team captain, Nebe was signed by Atromitos mid-season, in January 2009.

Nebegleras competed for Greece at the 2004 Summer Olympics.^[1]
