Kodjo Afanou (born 21 November, 1977 in Tabligbo, Togo) is a French football defender. He currently plays for Al Hazm in Saudi Arabia. He moved to France in young age.

He start his career at Girondins de Bordeaux and resigned in January 2004.^[1] He made 194 appearances for the club in 10 Ligue 1 seasons, 21 appearances in UEFA Cup and 10 appearances in UEFA Champions League,

He left the club in February 2006.^[2]

He is without club for a year, and joined Gaziantepspor in January 2007.^[3]

He was released in January 2008.

He's now playing for Al-Hazm in Saudi Arabia.
