Killoe (Cill Eo in Irish) is a parish in County Longford, Ireland. It is located about ten kilometeres north of Longford Town and is bordered by the parishes of Drumlish, Ballinalee, Edgeworthstown, Longford and Newtownforbes. It is one of the largest parishes in the county. Killoe is mainly a rural parish but has two villages, Ennybegs and Cullyfad. "Famous" family surnames include: McGoldrick, Lennon, Quinn, Rowley, O'Hara, and McCormack.

Killoe is the ancient Gaelic for Church of the Yew.
