Khalil R. Carter (born September 13, 1976) is a former defensive back in the Canadian Football League, most recently with the Montreal Alouettes. Carter also played in the Arena Football League, his last team being the Orlando Predators. As an AFL player, he has also spent time playing wide receiver. On November 19, 2009, Carter signed with the Iowa Barnstormers of AFL1.

Carter played collegiately for the University of Arkansas.

Though born in Washington, D.C., Carter was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he graduated from Central High School.
