Kevin Parsons (born 1961 in Flatrock, Newfoundland and Labrador) is a Canadian politician. He was mayor of Flatrock from 2005-2008 when he resigned to run as MHA in a by-election after the death of long time MHA Jack Byrne. Kevin beat out local mayor's Bob Codner of Torbay and Robert Roach of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove to be come the Progressive Conservatives candidate for Cape St. Francis. He was later elected to the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly on August 27, 2008, after a land slide victory in the by-election.
