Kelvin Parsons is a Canadian politician. He currently represents the riding of Burgeo and La Poile in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly.

He is a member of the Liberal Party, and was one of only three Liberal incumbents in the entire province to retain his seat in the 2007 provincial election.
