Kelly Ann Tough (born December 16, 1961 in Vancouver, British Columbia)^[1] is a Canadian model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its October 1981 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Mario Casilli.

Kelly was "discovered" by fellow Vancouver resident Dorothy Stratten, who convinced her friend to try out to be a Playmate. She went on to perform with the "Singing Playmates" musical group. Eventually she returned to Vancouver to live.
