Keiko Nobumoto (信本敬子, Nobumoto Keiko^?, born in Hokkaidō on March 13, 1964), is a Japanese screenplay writer, who is well known as the creator of Wolf's Rain and is also responsible for the screenplay for the internationally known Cowboy Bebop.
