Kazan Helicopter Plant is a Russian helicopter manufacturing company. It is one of the largest helicopter manufacturers in the world.^[1]

Its products include the popular Mi-8 and Mi-17 helicopters.^[1] It is the sole official approved producer of the military version of Mi-17 helicopter.^[2] It also produces Mi-38 test helicopters, as well as its own models, the superlight Ansat and Aksai helicopters.^[3] The Mi-17 and Mi-8 helicopters have gained an excellent reputation during operation in more than 50 countries.^[2]
