Katie Wright is an American actress. Wright was born Katherine Wright^[1] in Kansas City, Missouri, and grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She began her acting career as a teenager in two episodes of The Wonder Years and was one of many young stars, such as Kellie Martin, who appeared in several "made-for-TV" movies appearing on such channels as Lifetime Movie Network. She became slightly better known in her teens appearing in regular roles on Melrose Place and Malibu Shores. She has also received some film writer and director training. Wright has retired from acting in order to study to be a therapist. She has dated Hank Azaria since 2007 and gave birth to his son on June 6, 2009.^[2]^[3]
