Karpaseia (Greek: Kαρπασεια, Turkish: Karpaşa) is a small village in Kyrenia District, 1 km south of Myrtou. It is inhabited by Maronites.It has an old church of the holy cross. The church has two ancient crosses dating back to the sixteenth century.
