Karim Kerbouche (born January 16, 1982 in London, UK), is an ice hockey player, widely recognised as the creator of Algerian ice hockey. In 2008 Kerbouche saw his dream come true as Algeria national ice hockey team took to the ice for the first time in the Arab Cup of Ice Hockey. Kerbouche also scored a goal against the Morocco national ice hockey team in that tournament.

As the Algerian ice hockey programme expanded, more staff were brought in to fill management roles, while Kerbouche became Director and continued as a player.

In November 2008, Kerbouche put into action an Arab Ice Hockey Association aimed at aiding the progress of ice hockey in the Arab World. He also created the British Algerian Ice & Inline Hockey Association, a non-profit organisation based in London, aimed at introducing the sport to young Algerians growing up in Britain.

In May 2009 it was reported that Karim began dating Amelle Berrabah, a member of the girl band Sugababes.^[1]
