Karim Debbagh (born January 27, 1972 in Tangier) is a Moroccan film producer.

In 1997 he went to Germany to study Film Production at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg. 2002 he finished his study with diploma. After Karim Debbagh worked for a few years as Line producer and Unit production manager in Germany, he returned to his hometown Tangier in 2003. There he founded his Production company Kasbah-films tangier GmbH, which produced and coproduced already some international films.
