Kamel Morjane (born May 9, 1948) is a Tunisian politician and diplomat, serving as the Defence Minister since 19 August 2005.

Morjane studied as a lawyer, graduating from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, the University of Wisconsin and the Hague Academy of International Law.^[1]

He worked at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) from 1977 to 2005,^[1] where he was appointed Assistant High Commissioner on August 8, 2001.^[2]
