Maria Kristina Cassandra Cuneta Concepcion, also known as KC Concepcion (born April 7, 1985), is a Filipina actress , singer , vj, model, stage actress, and ambassador against hunger of the UN's World Food Programme (WFP).

She is the only daughter of Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta, and had been legally adopted by Senator Kiko Pangilinan. She has younger half-sisters Simone Francesca Emmanuelle and Mariel Daniella Sophia, the children of Kiko and Sharon. Besides Frankie and Miel, KC also has younger half-siblings from her father, Gabby's previous relationships; Gabrielle Julia Marie (daughter of Grace Ibuna), Cloie Helena (daughter of Jenny Syquia-Skarne)and Samantha Alexis (daughter of Genevieve Yatco Gonzales)

In 2003, she studied International Corporate Communications with a minor in Theatre Arts at the American University of Paris, and graduated in 2007.

Even though she had several appearances in Sharon's concerts and television shows, it was only in early 2003 when K.C. explored advertising, and became a commercial endorser both in television and print ads. She was an MTV Asia VJ in 2003.

In 2008, she was appointed by the United Nations World Food Program as National Ambassador Against Hunger.

In 2008, she starred in For The First Time with Richard Gutierrez under Star Cinema.

She was awarded by the 2008 Nickelodeon Philippines Kids' Choice Awards for Pinoy Wannabe.

In 2009,When I Met U was released, her second movie with Richard Gutierrez under GMA Films and Regal Films

She is now part of ABS-CBN talents and currently plays the protagonist in the remake of the hit Koreanovela, Lovers in Paris.

Both of her parents, Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta are Kapamilya stars
