Justin Michael Gemoll (born November 19, 1977 in South Lake Tahoe, California) is a former minor league baseball player and current manager. An infielder, Gemoll played in for minor league teams in the Kansas City Royals organization from 2000 to 2006.

Gemoll attended Bellarmine College Preparatory (San Jose, California), University of Southern California, and University of California, Santa Barbara.

Gemoll is the current hitting coach for the Wilmington Blue Rocks.
