Justin Carney is an Australian rugby league player with the Canberra Raiders. He plays in the centres or as a winger and has represented the New South Wales Schoolboys.^[1] Carney scored two tries on debut in a 34–16 win over the Brisbane Broncos.^[2] He is no relation to former Raiders' halfback, Todd Carney.

In round 17 of the 2009 NRL season against the Gold Coast Titans he suffered a fracture to both his tibia and fibula during a tackle.^[3]
