Berthomier began his career with RC Grasse before signed in 2001 with ES Cannet-Rocheville and than joined in summer 2004 to AS Cannes. In Cannes played three years and was than transferred to Nice^[1].

In April 2005, at the age from 14 years played for France international with the selection of the Mediterranean, during the season 2005-2006, was called to the Équipe of France of football under 16 years, on 21 November 2008 had his last call for the France U-17^[2].
