Juggan Kazim (Urdu: جگن كاظم) (Real name Mehr Bano; Urdu: م‍ﮩ‍ر بانو ), also known as Jay Kazim, is a Canadian and Pakistani actress, model and a TV host. She has worked in numerous Pakistani telefilms and even embarked on the Canadian film scene. Not only is she an admirable actress, she is also a model and TV host for various shows airing on Pakistani channels.

She grew up in Cantonment, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan with an elder sister and a younger brother. She went to Lahore Grammar School, and then to Kinnaird College to do her FA. After completing that, she attended the Kings College, an affiliate of University of Western Ontario in Canada where she pursued Bachelor of Arts in Media but dropped out a year or two later.

Juggan Kazim was featured in media since she was four years old. In 1985-86 she did advertisements with Samsonite and other products. Juggan's first commercial play was when she was fourteen years old which was directed by Mashal Peerzada. However, she started her professional acting and modeling career under the name ‘Jay Kazim’ in Toronto. She was approached by Sutherland Models in Canada to work as bra/panties model for exotic dancers. She did two music videos with them and then was approached by Canadian Agents, The Newton Landry Management. She did a Diet Coke Ad which ran for two seasons. She also then did a few more commercials and theater work, and in the process also auditioned for the movie Pink Ludoos(2005). In "Morning With Farah" talk show, she said that she had no plan of returning to Pakistan and she was unmarried, so she took the chance of playing the lead role of this feature film which was directed by Gaurav Seth. This film was re-released named Sweet Destiny in 2006. It got critical acclaim in various festivals including American-Asian film festival. She is the first Pakistani women to play lead role in a feature film in the western world. After returning to Pakistan, she started her career again with hosting and modeling. In "Morning With Farah" talk show she told the media that she has signed a contract with Chand to act in three feature films. She is especially recognized for her performance in various drama serials, lively anchoring and being featured on music videos directed by Bilal Lashari. She was awarded MTV Model of the Year 2008. In "Morning With Farah" talk show she said that her passion is acting and she does not want to be recognized as a model. In an interview with Style360 she claimed that she had a novel in draft stage named 'From Sunset to Sunrise." Any report of the book being published is unknown.
