Jose Fedor Rey aka Javier Delgado (1 diciemre Cali died in 1951-June 2002) was a Colombian guerrilla, Ricardo Franco Front leaders and responsible for the Slaughter of Tacueyó, Cauca.

In college student leader was 15 years and joined the Communist Youth JUCO. Before finishing high school in Bogota where he was installed as part of a support group of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia FARC. Their tasks were those of a courier, an informant. Gradually after the beating by the army to the Ricardo Franco, the group was dissolved after the surrender of several fighters and the defection of some. After the end, Delgado began working for the Cali Cartel until his capture in 1995 and sentenced to 19 years in prison for rebellion and killings of the Slaughter of Tacueyó, however, was unable to fulfill his sentence because June 2002 was assassinated by a command of the FARC.
