Jonathan Jacob Walker (born September 17, 1985 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American rock musician and former bassist of Panic! At the Disco.

Years active= 2003-present

[edit] Music career

Walker joined Panic in May 2006, replacing former bassist Brent Wilson.[1] He had met the members of Panic while working as a guitar technician for another band, The Academy Is...,[2] and joined Panic after Wilson failed to show for a concert;[3] at the time he joined, he was (at age 21) the oldest of the band members.[3] Walker was with Panic in 2006 when they won the video of the year award at the MTV Video Music Awards for their song I Write Sins Not Tragedies, but he had not participated in making the award-winning video. He released one studio album with the band, Pretty. Odd., and one live album, Live In Chicago. Prior to joining Panic, he was also in a Chicago-area band, 504 Plan (5o4plan). In 2009, he and fellow band member Ryan Ross left Panic and formed another band, The Young Veins.[4][5]
