John Ormonde (15 September 1905 – 25 June 1981) was a senior Irish Fianna Fáil politician. He was first elected to Dáil Éireann in 1948 as a Fianna Fáil Teachta Dála (TD). In 1957 he joined the cabinet of Éamon de Valera as Minister for Posts & Telegraphs. He served in government until 1959 and retired from the Dáil in 1965 when he failed to retain his seat in the general election. He was elected to the Labour Panel at the 1965 election to the 11th Seanad.
