  • Business and Multimedia (BAM)

which also houses the Culinary Arts Academy, focuses on business, finance, and multimedia. You will also have the opportunity to explore different media fields such as newspaper, speech, television and radio production through oral communication and computer graphics.

  • Health Education Law and Marines (HELM)

is a new SLC that focuses on preparing students for the education and medical fields. Through speakers, community, links and internship opportunities, students will have a myriad of opportunities to participate in related experiences. HELM also houses the Criminal Justice Academy; which has a partnership with the Sacramento Police Department and MCJROTC, where students are part of the Jr. Marine Corps.

Offers students a four-year advanced academic program with an emphasis in English and history. The goal is to ensure that all PACE graduates are prepared to attend and succeed at competitive four-year colleges and universities. Incoming freshmen take a mandatory four week enrichment summer program at California State University, Sacramento. Seniors have the opportunity to intern at the Capitol and in other state and local government agencies. Throughout their duration in the PACE program, students are also required to perform community service and attend culturally enriched events.

  • Technology and Design (T&D)

provides opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers in Engineering, Automotive, and Architecture fields with an emphasis on technical skills necessary to secure gainful employment. Business and college connections are valuable aspects of the program.

  • Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA)

focuses on the core curriculum with an emphasis on music, drama, dance and art. Expressing one’s creativity is important to being a well-rounded, successful member of society. VAPA encourages students to participant in events over the summer and throughout the school year.
