John Clough born September 13, 1984 is a rugby league player who currently plays for the Blackpool Panthers rugby league team. Clough is the club Captain. A former Lancashire Academy representative, John plays at hooker. John was born in St Helens and is brother of St Helens player Paul Clough.

John joined Leigh from Halifax in December 2006. He signed for Halifax from Salford, having also played for London Broncos. In July 2006, Clough was released by Salford after five years at the club. He was signed up by Halifax after a successful loan spell. After Halifax R.L.F.C Clough joined Leigh Centurions, then Blackpool Panthers.
