Joe Dickson is a Canadian politician. He was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the 2007 provincial election, representing the riding of Ajax—Pickering. He is a member of the Liberal Party.

A resident of Ajax, Dickson is the owner of a printing business and was a member of the Ajax Town Council, representing Ward 2. He had previously served as an Ajax Catholic School Board trustee and as the deputy mayor of Ajax. In 2002, Dickson won a Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal for his financial support of 22 Ajax-area sports teams.

He previously ran for the Liberal Party in the 1995 election in the riding of Durham West, however, he lost to Janet Ecker. Dickson was elected on a platform of further expansion of Rouge Valley Health System and the extension of Highway 407.
