Jo Stone-Fewings at the Old Vic Theatre, 2009 Jo Stone-Fewings (born in Hereford January,1967) is an English actor. He studied at the Welsh College of Music and Drama and began his career in 1989. He has been a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) since 1994. He first performed with the National Theatre playing Barrildo in Declan Donnelan's Fuente Ovejuna at the Cottesloe. In 2008 he took over the lead role of Richard Hannay in The 39 Steps at the West End theatre, The Criterion. He recently performed the role of Gerry in the revival of Brian Friel's, Dancing at Lughnasa, at the Old Vic in London and is currently performing the role of Orsino in Twelfth Night for the RSC. One reviewer in the theater publication, The Stage, commented that he made even the arrogant Orsino seem attractive. Stone-Fewings married English actress Nancy Carroll in 2003. They now have one daughter.
