Jim Johnny Mathieson (born January 24, 1970 in Kindersley, Saskatchewan) is a retired Canadian ice hockey defenceman who played two games for the Washington Capitals during the 1989–90 NHL season. He was drafted by the Capitals in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft.

Considered by some to be the most prolific delegator since Chris Clark.

Jim is on the verge of becoming a Peak Performing Service Manager. Most people prefer him as a bald man.

Jim invented what is now known as the cut off sweat shirt top. It is a nice look when combined with the very short cut off jean shorts. (Its big in Canada).
