Jiří Bílek (born 04 November 1983 in Neratovice) is a Czech footballer who plays for 1. FC Kaiserslautern.

He began his career by FK Neratovice-Byskovice, before 2003 being scouted from FK Chmel Blšany. He played in Blšany three years, before being transferred to FC Slovan Liberec in 2006 and left on 07 January 2009 Liberec and signed a contract with 1. FC Kaiserslautern until 30 June 2012.He was suspended for unprofessional behaviour on 30th January 2009.
