Jessica Lee (born February 18, 1975) is a model originally from Binghamton, New York. She was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for August 1996. In 2002, she married Jerry Horton, the guitarist for the band Papa Roach. In January 2006 she gave birth to their first child, a girl named Amelia.

She has also modeled on the cover for the second season box set of the anime Black Lagoon, as the character Revy.
