Jennifer Ayache (born November 9, 1983 in Cannes) is the singer of Superbus. [edit] BiographyJennifer Ayache is the daughter of Chantal Lauby. Like her mother, Jennifer could have become a comedian, but became impassioned with music from childhood, starting with the drums at age 7, and then the guitar at 13, and finally the piano after that. She has a half sister, Ilana Ayache. She lived in the United States between 14 and 15 years old to study and learn English. She was inspired by Gwen Stefani of No Doubt, and discovered 1950s swing music, as well as the sounds of the 1960s, such as the Beach Boys. After returning to France, with many musical compositions, she thought to assemble a group, and after her mother arranged a meeting with Michel Giovannetti they formed Superbus. Superbus's members include: Patrice Focone (backing vocals, guitar), Michel Giovanetti (guitar), François Even (backing vocals, bass) and Guillaume Rousé (drums) who was replaced by Greg Jacks in 2006. They have had four hit albums to date: Aeromusical (2002), Pop'n'gum (2004), and most recently, Wow (2006), [Lova Lova] (February 2009). Jennifer Ayache also appeared in the movies La Cité de la peur (1994) and Telle mère, telle fille (1998).
