Jean-Paul Bertrand-Demanes (born May 13, 1952 in Casablanca, Morocco) is a former football goalkeeper from France, who earned eleven international caps for the French national team during the 1970s. A player of FC Nantes (1969–1987), he was a member of the French team in the 1978 FIFA World Cup. During the 1978 World Cup he played in the matches against Italy and Argentina, but was injured in the latter match after he crashed his spine against a goalpost and had to be substituted.
