Johannes ("Jan") Hermannus van Dijk (born 10 December 1956 in Diepenveen, Overijssel) is a former football midfielder from the Netherlands, who played for FC Groningen and Go Ahead Eagles during his professional career (1975-1992). Van Dijk retired in 1992, then became a football manager. He coached FC Groningen, Roda JC, RBC Roosendaal, Helmond Sport, and FC Emmen. He was fired from FC Emmen on 15 February 2007. Since July 2008, he is the manager of VVV-Venlo. Two of his sons, Gregoor and Dominique, also played professional football in the Netherlands. [edit] References
