Jámison Olave (born April 21, 1981 in Medellín) is a Colombian soccer player who currently plays for Real Salt Lake in Major League Soccer.

Olave played for a multitude of clubs in his native Colombia, before returning to his first club, Deportivo Cali. In January 2008, he accepted an offer to join Real Salt Lake on a one-year loan deal with an option for the club to buy at the end of the season.^[1]

On October 9, 2008, Olave scored the first goal at Real's inaugural game at brand new Rio Tinto Stadium, which helped his team tie New York Red Bull 1-1 to keep their playoff hopes alive. On November 24, 2008 Olave agreed to a permanent contract with Real Salt Lake that will keep him through the 2012 Major League Soccer season.
