Aileen Quimado Ablan Iwamoto Bazar (born August 29, 1988), popularly known by her screen name Iwa Moto, is a Filipina actress of Japanese descent. She is well-known for playing Rita Acuesta on Kung Mahawi Man Ang Ulap and Valentina in Darna.

Iwa Moto is the eldest of the three siblings. Her father, the late Hiroaki Iwamoto, is Japanese while her mother is Filipina.

Her father was diagnosed with liver cancer and was released from prison in Japan^[1]. Unfortunately, her father succumbed to cancer on March 8, 2009^[2].

Iwa Moto auditioned for StarStruck season 2 but failed to qualify until she has succeeded in audition for the third season in which she ended up as the First Princess along with Gian Carlos as the First Prince.

After StarStruck, she was premiered in the show SOP Gigsters, Love to Love: Young At Heart, Nuts Entertainment on GMA Network and POSH on QTV.

She was suspended for 6 weeks, along with Jackie Rice. After the suspension, she came back to Nuts Entertainment and joined in the cast of Bakekang, her first primetime show where she played Jenny, the best friend of Kristal (played by Lovi Poe) and also on the last season of Love to Love which is Jazz Got Lucky. She also portrayed her own life story in Magpakailanman.

In 2006, she appeared in two films. The first one was "White Lady as Mimi and in "Pitong Dalagita" as Tisha. From mid-2006, she changed her manager to Rommel Gacho, the same manager of fellow-StarStruck survivor Katrina Halili^[3].

She played Rita (Amy Austria in the original film) on Sine Novela's third installment "Kung Mahawi Man Ang Ulap"^[4]. As she plays the role of Rita, she gets a favorable response from the viewers of "Kung Mahawi Man Ang Ulap"^[5].

She played as the black amazona in Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan which became her third villain role^[6][7].

In 2008, Iwa became the image model of the FHM Philippine standee. She is the third Filipina to hold that title after Asia Agcaoili and Katrina Halili. In September of the same year, Iwa graced the cover of FHM Philippines for the second time^[8]. She was a previous covergirl of FHM Singapore.

Straight after Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan, she is given a supporting role in Robin Padilla's Joaquin Bordado^[9], as Diane but her character was killed off for Iwa to focus on Sine Novela's eighth installment "Magdusa Ka" with Katrina Halili and Dennis Trillo.^[10]

She was included on the cast of Luna Mystika as Donita Sagrado, the bad cousin of Luna (Heart Evangelista).^[11]

In 2009, she appears in the primetime series Adik Sa'Yo as Andrea but she leaves for Darna, which Marian Rivera plays the title role, as the famous villainess Valentina.
