Ivailo Karanyotov (Bulgarian: Ивайло Караньотов; born February 26, 1958 in Sofia) is a retired Bulgarian sprinter who specialized in the 100 metres. He competed at the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games. Where he competed in the 100 metres, but was eliminated in the heats.

He finished sixth in the 4 x 100 metres relay also at the 1980 Olympic Games, with teammates Vladimir Ivanov, Pavel Pavlov and Petar Petrov. In 1981 he won the Bulgarian indoor 60 metre championship in a time of 5.86. He also added the Bulgarian outdoor 100/200 titles also. He also won the Balkan 100 metre championship in 1981.

In 1983 he won the indoor Bulgarian 200 metres. He also competed at the 1991 World Championships, without reaching the final.
