The Institutional Social Democratic Bloc (Spanish: Bloque Institucional Social Démocrata, or BIS) is a Left-wing and Social Democratic political parties of the Dominican Republic. In the 16 May 2006 election, the party was a member of the winning Progressive Bloc.
