Infected (typeset as iNFeCTeD) are an industrial/death metal band from Perth, Western Australia. They formed in 1992 and after two self released cassettes they signed with Shock's metal label, Thrust Records. They released two albums and after each they toured Australia to promote the records. They released another cassette in 1996 and broke up later that year.^[1]

Infected reformed in 2003 to record a new ep and again in 2008 to perform live.
