Igboid is a branch of the Volta-Niger language family. It includes Ekpeye and the Igbo languages (Igbo, Ika, Izi-Ezaa-Ikwo-Mgbo, Ogbah, and Ukwuani-Aboh-Ndoni), spoken mainly in southern Nigeria.
