Ibrahim Yattara (born June 3, 1980 in Kamsar) is a Guinean footballer playing for Trabzonspor.

Ibrahima Yattara began his career in his native Guinea with the team San Garedi. He moved on to Athlético de Coléah, another Guinean club before embarking on his career in Europe. He joined Antwerp FC in Belgium in 2000 and was used primarily on the right side of midfield. Yattara joined Trabzonspor in 2003.

He plays international football for Guinea and was part of the Guinea squad for the 2004 and 2006 African Cup of Nations tournaments in Tunisia and Egypt. In 2005 Yattara said that he would have played for the Turkey national football team if he hadn't already played for Guinea.

Yattara is one of the most highly rated wingers in Turkey due to his technical aptitude. His unpredictable dribbling and flair, combined with good crossing, enables him to be a potent attacking threat who creates chances for his team's strikers. He is also renowned for his composure in front of goal and from set pieces. Spanish coach Luis Aragones once stated that Yattara's playing style is very similar to Ronaldinho.^[3]

Despite this he has been criticised for being inconsistent and injury-prone. He has also shown a lack of discipline, frequently losing his focus in games when distracted and seeing a dip in performance as a result.

On January 29, 2009, it was reported that Real Madrid were interested in signing Yattara, but they later decided against signing him, saying he wasn't good enough for the first team and would only play in the reserves.^[4]
