ISO 3166-2:BA is the entry in ISO 3166-2, part of the ISO 3166 standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which defines codes for the names of the principal subdivisions of Bosnia and Herzegovina (whose ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code is BA).

Currently two levels of subdivisions are assigned codes:

• 2 entities^{[note 1]} — Each code consists of three letters.
• 10 cantons — Each code starts with BA-, followed by two digits (01–10).

These codes are defined in the official standard without the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code of the country as prefix, and thus do not guarantee uniqueness in a global context by themselves. They can be completed by adding BA-.

1. ^ The Brčko District, formally belonging to both entities but effectively self-governing, is not assigned a code.
2. ^ The codes for the cantons were added in the 2nd edition of ISO 3166-2. The names listed here are their native names, and not necessarily the subdivision names used in the official standard.
