Hugh Duffy is a former rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1950s who at representative level has played for Scotland (RU), and at club level for Jed-Forest RFC (RU), Salford (RL), and Halifax RLFC (RL), playing at Flanker (RU), i.e. number 6 or 7, or Forward (RL).

Hugh Duffy won a cap for Scotland (RU) while at Jed-Forest RFC in 1955 against France (RU) at Stade Colombes, Paris on the 8th January 1955.[1]
