Herschel Sparber, (born 18 October 1943 in Gary, Indiana, United States) is an actor, voice over artist and Broadway performer.

A few of his standout roles include the role of Big Jule in Broadway's revival of Guys and Dolls with Nathan Lane and Faith Prince, playing the President of the United Federation of Planets, Jaresh-Inyo, in multiple episodes of TV's Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, acting in several TV shows and specials, including a recurring character on Boy Meets World, and a multi-episode role in NYPD Blue.

Sparber currently resides in Los Angeles, California, where he is now enjoying a career in voice over, doing voices for video game characters, cartoons, and even a brief dub-over in the current movie blockbuster Serenity.

Distinctive physical attributes of Sparber include his tall stature of 6 feet, 9 inches as well as his remarkably deep voice.
